Your Webvault virtual IP phone system includes voicemail functionality, allowing callers to leave audio messages. These messages can be retrieved via your telephone handset or email. Voicemail can be assigned to an individual extension for a personal mailbox or linked to multiple extensions for a shared business mailbox. Calls are directed to voicemail when they go unanswered for a pre-defined ring period.

Enter your voicemail password when prompted and press #.
If you have new messages, press 1 to listen to them in sequence.

4: Forward the message
Once all messages are reviewed, press # to confirm and permanently delete any messages marked for deletion.
